Victoria Simpson brings over 35 years of Wow customer service! Victoria has a passion to make people always believe they are valued, acknowledge, loved and heard. Victoria is an experienced trainer and a proven demonstrator of outstanding customer service. She was recognized by Capital Blue Cross and awarded the World Class Customer Service award. Victoria has earned other Customer Service awards such as: Let Them Hear You Smile; Superior Customer Service; Wow! You Make Us Smile - Every Customer, Every Call, Every Time; Star Spangled Customer Service and more. Victoria loves people and quotes her motto often "Give people grace and mercy for being a human being, it isn't always what it looks like, we all have a story."

Victoria is proud to be employed with Wood and Myers, OMS as their Cultural Experience Manager, managing the newly formed Call Center located in Camp Hill and Carlisle. We are one team in two locations. She is the proud mother of three and happy to be the grandmother of three grandsons and one granddaughter.

Lisa Klinger is the Practice Liaison for Wood and Myers Oral Surgery. Prior to her position as Practice Liaison, she was the Site Manager of the Harrisburg office. Her position as Practice Liaison is to “bridge” the offices together to give our patients the best experience they can receive. Lisa love establishing relationships not only with the doctors but your staff as well. She was born and raised in Camp Hill and after high school pursued the dental field as an assistant. Lisa have experienced all aspects of the dental field with 35 years of experience and have had the pleasure to be apart Paula Deen’s Dental treatment. She has extensive training in Customer service by 5-star Concierges in Savannah, Georgia, attended Dale Carnegie Courses for Leadership, and graduated from Ogeechee Technical College. Lisa has 3 grown children and 3 adorable grandkids. In her spare time, she loves supporting our Military, crafting, cooking, bonfires, kayaking, Jeeping with my parents and daughter, and anything that includes her dog, Suki.
